Basic energy healing sessions are 30min, I will connect to your energy inceasing flow and raise overall vibration. The energy will flow to parts of you that need it most. The Standard and Premium healing can be focused on an area or topic of choice which you feel stagnant or stuck, they go deeper into these areas where I release trapped energy among other things. Using a combination of methods I pin point specific energy and release them.Each time we experience we create energy, absorb from others, we inherit energy through DNA and this energy in the form of thoughts and emotions accumulates in layers in our body. We have many layers, as more adds our vibration lowers, the truth gets clouded, cluttered with interference from the past. This creates patterns we fall into influenced by energy not about this situation, person, experience or wasn't even ours in the first place that all contributes to our choices, actions and the outcomes.
Keeping your energy clear, releasing stagnant lower past energy helps in different ways. Allows you to see through the chaos to the truth, strengthens intuition to what you need, want, allowing us to make better choices for desired outcomes.
